What to do when your mood really fucking sucks:
- Sleep
- Watch Tv for hours
- Sleep
- Skip work and lie about why you didnt go in
- Sleep
- Sit on the computer and look at the screen
- Not eat
- Read
- Sit some more
- Refuse to think because that wont help at all
- Be AntiSocial
And when thats not enough - sleep some more.
